About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated marketing professional to play a key role in delivering impactful brand and growth campaigns at HBF. Working within the Brand & Growth team, you’ll support the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive member acquisition, engagement and retention. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver campaigns that align with business objectives and enhance HBF’s market presence.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the planning, development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across the full customer journey
  • Contribute to the go-to-market (GTM) program in collaboration with marketing leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Develop campaign briefs and manage relationships with creative and media agencies
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying opportunities to optimise results
  • Coordinate campaign delivery, ensuring activities are completed on time, on budget and to a high standard
  • Manage campaign processes including approvals, reporting, budgets and compliance requirements

This position is based in Perth on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

About You
You’re a proactive and results-driven marketer with a strong understanding of modern marketing practices and a passion for delivering high-quality campaigns. You thrive in a collaborative environment, bring a strong attention to detail, and are confident working with multiple stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience delivering marketing campaigns in a similar role
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
  • Experience briefing and working with agencies to deliver effective campaign outcomes
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance
  • Excellent organisational, communication and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
